I’m currently taking a Make Art That Sells online class (is there a name for online classes addiction?) with Lilla Rogers and Margo Tantau, Creating Collections for Home Decor. This week is all about drawing flowers and sketching ideas of fabric products (pillows, poufs, curtains, you name it).
It’s intensive and I’m still in the flower drawing phase, so I’ll just share that work in progress image this week. My main goal with this image was to avoid drawing the same kinds of flowers I always do, so the mission is partly accomplished.
Also, it’s the beginning of July, which means I’m halfway through this year’s weekly project to post a new image every Thursday. It may not look as impressive as last year’s daily project, but still, I’m so glad to keep on track. See you next week!

You are so low key that I don’t know if you realize how talented you are! LOVE these!

Thank you so much to both of you! Your comments are especially appreciated now that I’m in that class surrounded by seasoned super-talented professionals. <3
