Let’s go back to flowers and patterns for a while, shall we?

Let’s play with possible color combinations…

… and also with scale, and tee-shirt mockups.

Let’s try another substrate as well. A metal box, for instance?

The pattern is based on an index card drawing I made during the 365 drawing experiment, it was the number 215.

I printed a bigger version and re-traced all the flowers separately, so that I could easily manipulate them.

And then of course, I scanned everything and created the pattern in Photoshop. Here’s a glimpse at some of the fiddling and tinkering involved during the process, in animated gif.
